You understand that all Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

3. Billing & Payments

By purchasing a subscription or service package, you agree to:

pay all fees on time

allow recurring charges when applicable

acknowledge that fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

We may modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to you.

4. Cancellation Policy

Most plans operate on a month-to-month, no-contract basis.

You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
Services already delivered are non-refundable.

5. AI Messaging & Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your business’s compliance with relevant laws including:

TCPA

CTIA

FCC rules

State-level consumer communication laws

We provide tools and automation, but you are the data owner and remain responsible for compliant use of your contact lists.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

accurate and lawful lead lists

access to required CRMs or platforms

correct calendar and availability

approval for message templates

Failure to provide these may delay onboarding or reduce results.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, code, processes, automations, branding, and AI workflows created by SyncNova.ai remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncNova.ai is not liable for:

lost revenue

missed appointments

SMS carrier filtering

data loss caused by your CRM

inaccuracies in AI-generated content

indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid in the previous 30 days.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms
